Mandy McIntyre is the visionary behind Level Up Consultants. Prior to venturing into entrepreneurship, she amassed a decade of experience in the roofing industry, holding the position of Vice President at a Cleveland-based roofing contractor. Mandy's roots in construction run deep, having grown up in a family that owned and operated a small general contracting business.

Dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, Mandy currently serves as the Chair of the DEI Committee on the Board of Directors for National Women in Roofing. 

Her commitment to mental health advocacy is evident in her role on the Construction Suicide Prevention Steering Committee. Here, she collaborates with OSHA and industry supporters to raise awareness about mental health in the construction sector.

Mandy wears multiple hats as a registered Mental Health First Aid instructor certified by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Additionally, she is a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga and meditation instructor, blending holistic approaches to well-being. Mandy's pursuit of knowledge is reflected in her completion of Cornell University’s DEI program and Harvard University’s Leadership Principles program, showcasing her dedication to personal and professional growth.

Maria Manis is a results-oriented HR professional based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with a proven track record in human resources spanning over a decade. Armed with an MBA specializing in Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University, Maria brings extensive expertise in coaching, conflict resolution, and project management. 

Her journey includes a pivotal role as HR Generalist at the Cleveland Clinic, where she strategically advised on HR functions for 1,500 employees across 30+ locations. Maria excels in leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management, demonstrating her commitment to fostering organizational growth. 

With a solid foundation in communication and a passion for overcoming obstacles, Maria Manis is a driving force in HR strategy and execution.

Margaret Smith, BSN, brings her nursing expertise to the small business and corporate world as a health consultant specializing in wellness programs.  A graduate of Case Western Reserve University's Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, Margaret's experience includes impactful roles as a Travel Registered Nurse at Metro Health System.  Her diverse experience extends to the Women’s Health Institute at Cleveland Clinic, where she managed ambulatory areas and collaborated on care transitions. 

Certified in BLS and ACLS, she ensures the integration of life-saving techniques into corporate wellness initiatives.  With a background in Hematology/Oncology, Margaret seamlessly translates her clinical proficiency into crafting effective and holistic wellness programs for businesses. 

Makayla Méndez is a dedicated Spanish translator and language consultant, offering bilingual services in Spanish and English. Hailing from a Puerto Rican family and raised in Minnesota, her upbringing immersed her in both languages, fostering a passion for clear and accurate communication.  With a background in the construction and roofing industry, she mastered translation through practical application in the family business. 

She believes in preserving the essence of the source language and understanding the significance of each word.  For Makayla, quality in translation is paramount, ensuring meaningful and accurate information.

Her commitment to authentic communication extends beyond translation, as she serves as a registered Mental Health First Aider through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and is currently pursuing a BA in Psychology at Mankato State University.
